When to use

Subscription in Workflowy lets you upgrade to Pro for unlimited items, file uploads, full sharing, Dropbox backups, and premium support.

You can subscribe from the Settings menu, and plans auto-renew via credit card. Cancel anytime - your content stays safe, and you can re-upgrade whenever you like.

Subscribe to Pro

Pro memberships are set up for auto-renewal and are charged to the credit card you signed up with.

Cancel a subscription

You can cancel at any time, and your membership will last until the end of the period you paid for. You will not lose any content if you cancel a Pro subscription, and you can always re-subscribe at any time.

Education discount

We offer a free 1 year Workflowy pro subscription to university level students and faculty. To apply, please visit our education page.

Non-profit discount

We offer a 50% discount on all Workflowy subscriptions that are used as part of a non-profit organization. To apply, please email help@workflowy.com with the request for the discount and instructions on how to manage the organization's accounts.
