You can color text and tags in Workflowy. Changing a tag’s color will update it across your entire account.
Color or highlight text
1. Select the text you want to color - the text format widget will appear 2. Click on the text color icon down arrow 3. Choose a text color or highlight color
The next time you want to color text or highlight it, you can click on the text color icon to apply the last style used.
Color a tag
You can choose the color of any tag. Anytime you update the color of a tag, existing tags will update to the new color.
1. Mouse over a # or @ tag 2. Click on the down arrow that appears to the left of the tag 3. Choose the color you want for that tag
