Download the latest `.mcpb` file from [GitHub Releases](https://github.com/rodolfo-terriquez/workflowy-claude/releases/latest). 2. Fully quit Claude Desktop. 3. Double-click the `.mcpb` file. 4. Approve the install prompt in Claude Desktop. 5. Paste your Workflowy API key when prompted. 6. Reopen Claude Desktop if needed. After installation, the Workflowy tools should be available in Claude Desktop conversations. # Connect multiple accounts You can connect more than one Workflowy account by entering multiple API keys in the extension settings. Recommended format: ```text Personal: key1, Work: key2 ``` Use labels that are easy to refer to in conversation, such as `Personal` and `Work`. The first account becomes the default account. # Example prompts - Search Workflowy for "quarterly planning". - Open my project notes bookmark and summarize the open tasks. - Add "Review roadmap" and "Reply to vendor" to my Workflowy today list. # Troubleshooting - If Claude Desktop does not show the tools right away, fully quit and reopen the app. - If your Claude Team or Enterprise workspace uses an extension allowlist, an admin may need to approve the extension first. - If an account is missing, reopen the extension settings and check the API key format. - If search results look stale, ask Claude to sync the results.
